Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Pump Mechanic to join their team. As a Pump Mechanic, you will be part of the assembly department supporting various engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Pump Mechanic

**Location:** Port Orange, FL

Pay Range: $17-$21/hour

**Shift:** Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Construct and maintain mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.

+ Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Read and follow blueprints and work instructions to assemble components.

+ Operate various tools and equipment, including forklifts and hand tools, to perform assembly tasks.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations.

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.

+ Good working knowledge of D.C. electrical systems and troubleshooting.

+ Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshooting guides.

+ Ability to read digital gauges.

+ Safety focused

+ Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.

+ Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
