Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a **Senior On-Site Service Specialist** to manage operations in duplicating, production, mailing, bindery, and equipment maintenance. This role also includes customer service, reception, and light building support. The position reports to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate high-volume copy machines; perform binding and finishing tasks

+ Maintain and troubleshoot convenience copiers; escalate issues as needed

+ Perform document scanning/imaging and basic equipment setup

+ Provide temporary/occasional reception services

+ Manage records, inventories, and supply distribution

+ Handle incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving

+ Set up meeting/conference rooms and assist with light maintenance

+ Travel between buildings and deliver completed jobs

+ Maintain logs, meters, and service records

+ Use various office and bindery equipment (e.g., shrink-wrap, staplers, postage meters)

+ Ensure data capture for Ricoh MOR, SPG, and job logs

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ 1–2 years of related experience preferred

+ Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required

+ Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite

Skills and Abilities

+ Knowledge of copier and related equipment

+ Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures

+ Basic electronics knowledge preferred

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Working Conditions

+ Exposure to copier noise, toner, and varying temperatures

+ Physical activity including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and pushing/pulling equipment

+ Occasional overtime, including nights and weekends

+ High-stress environment with tight deadlines
