Member Education Internship

Level: Intern

Reporting to position: Member Education Specialist

Summer 2026 - 90 day internship

About the Role: The Member Education Intern will focus on training and event management. After learning about our programs and processes, they will have the opportunity to build online courses and assist with the operation of learning management systems, develop training curriculum, and facilitate and deliver training for Do it Best in-person programs.

This is a temporary position (approximately 10-12 weeks) and is paid on an hourly basis. The Intern may also be able to use this opportunity towards university/college credit.

Responsibilities include:

+ Identify marketing opportunities to promote training programs

+ Conduct thorough research to identify potential speakers for training sessions

+ Identify opportunities for member training and development

+ Review and edit training content

+ Develop and implement online training modules

+ Uphold established writing and visual brand standards in all training materials

+ Support the event planning process

Education and Experience:

+ Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, organizational leadership, instructional design, education, or a related field

Skills and Abilities:

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Exceptional customer service skills

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and in collaborative settings

+ Ability to lead projects

+ Experience with producing and editing videos a plus
