Client is a 31 Year Old Male with MD Available Shifts:  * Herriman:  Thursday, Friday and Saturday or Sunday, 10am to 10pm We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following: * Medication set up and oversight * Vent and trach care * Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care * Provide in home assessments * Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed * Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns * Working for a company that has won Leader in Experience 8 years in a row!  Benefits We Offer to RN and LPN: At BrightStar Care we value each of our employees and care about their well-being.
