Production Associates Needed in Roseville, MN

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting and assembling various industrial hoses, ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will be part of a smaller team, where flexibility and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks, including assembly, shipping, cutting, and labeling, are essential.

Responsibilities

+ Cut hoses to specified lengths.

+ Add specific fittings to hoses.

+ Use a heat gun to bond hoses to fittings.

+ Operate coupling equipment to secure fittings and hoses.

+ Conduct quality checks on products.

+ Pack and stage products for shipment.

+ Assist in various roles including assembly, shipping, cutting, and labeling.

Work Environment

Join a very clean, well-lit, and comfortable work environment where teamwork is paramount. Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere with a collaborative team spirit. Every two weeks, participate in maintaining the workspace by straightening pallets and cleaning floors. Work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
