Description

**Payroll Administrator** Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join their Benefits and Payroll team, supporting the diverse operations and global workforce of a mission-driven organization. In this role, you will manage U.S. and international payroll processes, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service to employees while maintaining complete confidentiality. You’ll also play a key part in training employees and managers on payroll systems, supporting benefits enrollment, and assisting with audits and special projects. ((Boston, Hybrid, up to $95K))

** Comprehensive expertise in multistate payroll processing, including regulatory knowledge and compliance adherence.

** Experience with global payroll operations is highly desirable.

** Advanced technical proficiency in UKG

** Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of payroll management.

** Strong data-oriented mindset, capable of reconciling large datasets and generating detailed reports.

** Technologically savvy with solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system errors effectively.

Requirements
