Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to daily financial operations while also engaging in purchasing activities. Ideal candidates will bring precision, organizational skills, and the ability to support both bookkeeping tasks and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and update financial records through consistent and precise data entry.

• Assist in reconciling invoices and ensuring timely payment processing.

• Manage purchase orders, vendor invoices, and receipts to support procurement activities.

• Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, delivery timelines, and order details.

• Support monthly closings and assist in preparing financial reports as needed.

• Perform general accounting and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online and other accounting tools to manage financial tasks effectively. Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.

• Familiarity with purchasing or procurement processes is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, including QuickBooks Online.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

• Experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Capability to process invoices and perform accurate data entry.
