    Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois.     Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and attentiveness.

    • Record detailed notes and input data into the system accurately.

    • Provide members with clear information on policies and next steps.

    • Offer guidance on best practices and required documentation.

    • Utilize SharePoint, web-based member databases, and Microsoft Office Suite efficiently.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.

    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions.

    • Adhere to organizational guidelines and protocols for customer service.

    • Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to support the team. Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or corporate customer service environment.

    • Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls effectively.

    • Proficiency in using SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and web-based databases.

    • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
