    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Triage Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in West Springfield, MA. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic medical records and proficiency in blood drawing, with a minimum of 30 successful phlebotomy sticks. Experience in OBGYN or Women's Health is considered beneficial.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage patient flow activities and assist with clinical exams and procedures related to all Reproductive Endocrinology office activities.

    + Perform phlebotomy and other appropriate procedures such as taking vital signs, adhering to established protocols.

    + Refer patients to the appropriate physician or nurse staff when special needs are identified.

    + Document activities and data accurately in medical records.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

    + Proficiency in phlebotomy with at least 30 successful blood draws.

    + Medical assisting and knowledge of medical terminology.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in OBGYN or Women's Health is a plus.

    + Medical assistant experience or LPN, no certification or license required.

    This role is based in a renowned fertility clinic in Connecticut, recognized as the #1 fertility clinic in CT and ranked in the top 10% in the United States. The position does not currently offer paid time off or sick time, but efforts are being made to negotiate favorable terms. The work environment is professional, with a focus on advanced reproductive services.

    This position based out of Springfield, Massachusetts.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
