    Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill Documentation Specialist positions located in Fitchburg WI 53711

     

    Pay Rate $ 25 - $28/hr.

     

    Monday –Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

    Job Description

    • Responsible for managing parts setup in SAP to support new launches, promotions and custom products.

    • Must be detail oriented and ensure timely completion of parts setup.

    • Experience in Microsoft excel required, experience entering data into SAP and comfort with running software scripts a plus.

    • Will work with product managers, manufacturing engineers and other stakeholders to gather key information, track products through the process from change request through SAP setup and field communication.

    • Ability to learn and follow document processes, work in a collaborative team and work independently.

    • Will be trained on a process:

    • Input from stakeholders, create new part number, submit forms, load into SAP, create notification to field that forms are released.

    • Data entry and managing items through processes.

    • Data entry combined with mini-Project skills

    • Comfortable with computer to understand how to use applications.

    Education Requirements

    HS Diploma/GED Mandatory

    Requirements

    **Required Skills:** 0+ years of experience required, but prefer 2+ years of admin/office experience

     

    Detail Oriented

     

    Oral and written communication

     

    MS Excel (2-4 years of exp, Intermediate level)

     

    MS Office (2-4 years of exp, Intermediate level)

    Preferred Skills:

    SAP

    Computer literacy, working with scripts not needing to write scripts but just use existing ones

    Degree/Certifications:

    Associate degree minimum. Bachelors preferred.

    Top Skills:

    Ownership of the work – tracking, execution, escalations.

     

    Technical Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc.)

     

    Communication Skills.

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
