Description

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly regarded trial firm based in El Segundo to find a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team. This exciting contract-to-hire opportunity offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to work with a dedicated trial team in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys by managing case files, court documents, and correspondence.

+ Handle eDiscovery and e-filing processes in compliance with court rules and deadlines.

+ Schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances, ensuring all logistics are covered.

+ Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including drafting correspondence and organizing records.

+ Collaborate seamlessly with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to prepare for trial.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience as a legal secretary in a litigation practice area.

+ Familiarity with local court systems and filing procedures.

+ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently under deadlines.

+ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
