    Claims & Collections Coordinator

     

    Oklahoma City, OK

    Position Details:

    + Temp-to-Hire

    + 100% Onsite – West OKC

    + $16+ per hour

    + Monthly bonus potential after 90 days (average $300/month)

     

    As a Claims & Collections Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing claims from start to finish—including billing, collections, adjustments, and account resolution. This role requires frequent communication with customers, insurance carriers, and internal departments to ensure claims are handled quickly and accurately.

     

    We expect the starting wage to be around $16+ per hour with the opportunity for incentives. This position is 100% onsite in West OKC and offers temp-to-hire potential.

    Duties:

    + Contact accounts to resolve outstanding claims quickly and accurately

    + Research, track, and document collection activities

    + Follow established processes for account reviews and customer outreach

    + Partner with internal departments to resolve sensitive or unique account issues

    + Perform other related duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 1 year of credit/collections or auto insurance claims experience

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Excellent customer service and phone etiquette

    + Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Ability to work both independently and within a team
