    Production Worker – Pharmaceutical Packaging (Quality Packaging Division)

     

    Openings: 4 Positions Available

    Shifts & Pay:

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:45 PM | $22/hour

    + 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:15 AM | $23/hour

    + Note: All new hires must complete a 4-week training on 1st Shift (6:45 AM – 3:30 PM)

    About the Role

    Join a fast-paced, GMP-regulated pharmaceutical packaging team where your attention to detail and commitment to quality directly impact patient safety and product integrity. This hands-on role ensures packaging accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Inspect and weigh finished products to ensure completeness

    + Remove defective items and document discarded materials

    + Package goods into cartons, carriers, and shippers with required inserts (labels, literature, applicators)

    + Clean and maintain packaging machinery during and after operations

    + Verify lot codes and expiration dates on all packaging components

    + Follow all SOPs, GDP documentation standards, safety policies, and cGMP regulations

    Required Qualifications

    + Bilingual in Spanish

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP-regulated production

    + Experience operating machinery in a production setting

    + Familiarity with packaging workflows and quality assurance procedures

    + Strong understanding of GMP and SOP compliance

    + Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate documentation

    Preferred Experience

    + Bottling, batching, blending, or compounding

    + General labor or production line work

    + Inspection and mixing processes

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
