    Job Title: Electrical Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with test assemblies, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PCB soldering and testing, and a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform debug and test assemblies to the component level using block diagrams and schematics.

    + Maintain and upkeep testing equipment.

    + Troubleshoot operator problems effectively and collaborate with leadership on training and process improvements.

    + Provide training and ongoing support to Test operators.

    + Communicate problems to Test Engineer and/or leader.

    + Assist in experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis.

    + Recommend additional equipment needs for product debug areas to leadership and/or Test Engineers.

    + Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.

    + Comply with all company security policies and procedures.

    + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    + Work on problems of limited scope by following standard practices and procedures.

    + Learn to use professional concepts and apply company policies to resolve routine issues.

    + Receive detailed instructions on all work.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in soldering, assembly, and electrical engineering.

    + Experience with schematics, troubleshooting, and electronics.

    + Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.

    + Ability to debug circuit boards and test electronic components.

    + Skill in utilizing basic hand and power tools.

    + Minimum of 1 year experience soldering on PCBs.

    + Minimum of 1 year experience testing PCBs.

    + An Associate of Applied Science (AAS) or a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

    + Understanding of wiring and blueprint reading.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
