    Fleet Delivery & Disposal Administrator – Coppell, TX

     

    $30.50 per hour | Full-Time, Temp

     

    We’re hiring a **Fleet Delivery & Disposal Administrator** in Coppell, TX! This role supports fleet operations by handling new vehicle intake, tracking disposals, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Process registrations, temporary tags, and documentation

    + Coordinate with upfitters, Branch teams, and third-party providers for vehicle delivery

    + Track asset transfers and maintain accurate records in databases

    + Support disposal decisions (donate, scrap, sell) and process required documents

    + Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to resolve issues

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred)

    + 2+ years administrative, fleet, or asset management experience

    + Strong Excel and database skills

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
