    Key Responsibilities

    As a **Process Design Consultant** , you will:

    + Assist in the administration of the project and program portfolio, including tracking progress, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring data accuracy.

    + Define, implement, and enhance project management methods and reporting standards.

    + Contribute to portfolio-level reporting by consolidating data on financial metrics, resource allocation, and overall portfolio health for leadership review.

    + Develop templates for project plans, status reports, and presentations.

    + Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and report project- and portfolio-level risks, issues, and dependencies.

    + Lead efforts to develop, migrate, and administer the organization’s primary project management system, Jira.

    + Configure Jira workflows, custom fields, and reporting dashboards while ensuring alignment with PMO governance standards.

    + Provide first-line support and training to users on Jira best practices.

    + Coordinate team and project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.

    + Draft, proofread, and edit internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and project updates.

    + Prepare executive materials by consolidating inputs from multiple teams.

    + Act as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries, applying problem-solving skills to support business operations.

    + Organize and manage business documents, files, and records in collaboration with team members.

    Qualifications

    To be considered for the **Process Design Consultant** role, you should have:

    + 5+ years of experience in project management and/or business support management.

    + Hands-on experience with project management systems, ideally Jira (deployment, configuration, and administration).

    + Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and presentation (including facilitation).

    + Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).

    + Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with initiative.

    + Education: High School Diploma or higher.

    This position is being recruited by our Centralized Delivery Team, not your local Branch.

     

    **Pay Details:** $88.03 per hour
