CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Service Representative to join the CarePlus/ Specialty Pharmacy team in West Hollywood, CA. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will work as a part of the team to ensure patients receive specialty medication in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service.

In order to be successful in the role you must contact patients to arrange delivery or set a pickup date, correspond with prescribers to clarify prescription information, prepare orders for delivery, maintain adequate inventory, resolve insurance issues and assist with Prior Authorizations.

We offer free parking and 40 hours guaranteed! The current shift we're hiring for is **Monday through Friday 10:30am- 7:00pm** shift. You must be available to fill in for as needed.

Required Qualifications

-One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone.

-One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications.

-One year computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude. .

Preferred Qualifications

-pharmacy experience

-CA pharmacy technician license

Education

Verifiable high school diploma or GED.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$16.00 - $31.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
