    Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor performance of process parameters to identify non-conforming products, low yields, or quality issues.

    + Interface with Quality and Engineering Departments to resolve manufacturing production issues.

    + Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to improve equipment uptime and component longevity through Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Continuous Improvement (CI), and Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities.

    + Develop technical training and documentation for manufacturing new and existing products.

    + Plan, specify, select, validate, and implement new equipment, processes, and facilities in manufacturing.

    + Assist in maintaining ISO Quality Standards plant-wide.

    + Engage in the identification and resolution of corrective/preventative actions to address safety, quality, technical, and manufacturing issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.

    + Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.

    + Experience with IQMS or similar ERP software.

    + 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.

    + Experience evaluating, performing root cause analysis, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.

    + Proficiency in using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, or related software.

    + Knowledge of ISO13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR part 820 (CGMP).

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with Six Sigma and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

    + Experience in medical device manufacturing, particularly with ISO standards and injection molding.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
