    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate payroll processing for a workforce of over 240 hourly employees, utilizing advanced payroll systems and tools. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a proven track record in payroll operations.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, including multi-state operations.

     

    • Proficiency in utilizing payroll systems such as Kronos and ADP Workforce Now.

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.

    • Ability to manage payroll for over 500 employees with accuracy and efficiency.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to visually verify timecards and data.

    • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all processes.

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively within a team.

    • Business casual dress code required for this onsite role.
