Job Description -
The Manager – Software Sourcing is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for enterprise software, including both on-premise and SaaS solutions..This role partners globally across regions—including India, UK, and Australia—and collaborates closely with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure optimized commercial outcomes, compliance, and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing strategy, negotiations, and contracting for software spend categories (on-prem and SaaS).
• Coordinate with offshore sourcing execution teams (India) to manage renewals and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with legal to ensure contracts align with business requirements and risk standards.
• Translate technical and commercial requirements into clear, enforceable contract language.
• Build and manage global supplier relationships; oversee governance of long-term agreements.
• Develop and execute category strategies informed by market trends, technology evolution, and vendor capabilities.
• Drive annual cost savings, improve vendor performance, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across stakeholders in the US, UK, Australia, and India.
Qualifications & Skills:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5–8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and software procurement within a complex, global organization.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating software contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models (e.g., SaaS, perpetual, subscriptions).
• Experience with category strategy development and long-term vendor management.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with cross-regional/global teams.

Job Category:
Pay Range: $120,000 - $145,000 + Bonus
