The Opportunity:
Bishop Spencer is looking for a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) that is passionate about patient care, helping others and providing a superior quality of care! Bishop Spencer Place is Kansas City’s premier non-profit Life Care retirement community and a proud member of the Saint Luke’s Health System. \
**The Shift:** PRN-nights.
The Work:
Our CMT's partner with our licensed nursing staff to plan, develop, organize, and carryout resident care plans. Duties include:
+ Medication administration
+ Assisting residents with daily living activities in assisted living
+ Providing resident care and reporting resident information/needs to charge nurse
+ Answering resident calls and requests for assistance
+ Serving food and beverages to ensure proper resident nutrition
+ Assisting residents in mobility and transport activities
+ Collaborating with other health care team members to enhance the provision of resident care
+ Supporting resident safety and satisfaction by performing regular rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members while providing excellent customer service

Job Requirements
Applicable Experience:
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Cert Medication Aide - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
