    Shift:

    Full Time: Sunday Monday and Thursday nights 7pm-7:30am with 2 nights as House Supervisor and 1 night as a unit RN.

    OR

    Part Time: 2 nights as a House Supervisor

     

    Options are: Sun & Mon OR

     

    Sun & Thurs OR

     

    Fri & Sat

     

    Crittenton Children's Center is the Kansas City area's premier provider of psychiatric care for children, adolescents and their families.     We are currently seeking a full time RN Supervisor.

     

    + Provides structures and maintains a therapeutic environment

    + Possesses and/or develops the required critical skills knowledge and behaviors necessary to provide leadership for organizational growth and operational improvements.

    + Actively participates in and provides coaching to staff regarding the performance process particularly on the shift supervised.

    + Works in collaboration with other departments and other shifts with an emphasis on consistent and therapeutic patient care

    Job Requirements

    Applicable Experience:

    Less than 1 year

     

    Mandt - Healthstream - Healthstream, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

     

    Associate Degree
