Job Description
We are seeking a **Security Operations Analyst** for a **hybrid** role based in New Jersey. This **full-time** position involves managing enterprise security solutions, including endpoint detection and response, secure internet access, and zero-trust network architecture. The role requires three days onsite and two days remote work each week.
What You'll Do
+ Manage enterprise security solutions using CrowdStrike for endpoint detection and response
+ Oversee secure internet access and zero-trust network architecture through Zscaler
+ Configure and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security event monitoring tools
+ Enforce identity and access management, including multi-factor authentication and securing privileged access
+ Conduct vulnerability management and regular security assessments
+ Respond to potential cybersecurity incidents
+ Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS controls
What You'll Need
+ Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and managing CrowdStrike for real-time threat monitoring (3 years)
+ Expertise in Zscaler for secure internet access and enforcing zero-trust (3 years)
+ Experience in configuring and maintaining firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security event monitoring tools (3 years)
+ Strong knowledge and experience in identity and access management, including MFA and PAM (3 years)
+ Proficiency in compliance frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS controls (3 years)
+ Additional certifications in cybersecurity or related fields
+ Experience in a similar role within a governmental or law enforcement agency
Physical Demands
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
