    + Schedule: **Alternate/Full Time** (10-6:30PM)

    As an** **Assistant Director** **you will** **:

    + Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients

    + Regularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visible

    + Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

     

    What we hope you will bring to this role:** ** 

    Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

    + **Associate** **degree** **in early childhood education or related field** **required** with educational plan to complete bachelor's degree; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

    + **At least three years** of professional child careteaching experience required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

    + **At least t** **wo** **years** of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience **required**
