    **Job Title:** Concessions Supervisor – Sports Arena

    **Position Summary:** The Concessions Supervisor oversees all food and beverage operations within the sports arena, ensuring efficient service, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. They manage concession stand staff, coordinate inventory, enforce health and safety regulations, and contribute to a positive guest experience during events.

    **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate daily operations of concession stands during events. - Recruit, train, and schedule concession staff to ensure proper coverage. - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to maximize profitability. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. - Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly. - Enforce cash handling procedures and oversee point-of-sale operations. - Collaborate with event staff and management to coordinate logistics and special needs. - Conduct regular inspections of concession areas to ensure cleanliness and safety. - Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staffing as required. - Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies to increase sales.

    **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in food service or concessions management, preferably in a sports or entertainment venue. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and POS systems. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus.

    **Physical Requirements:** - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment. - Manual dexterity for handling cash registers and food prep tools.

    **Working Conditions:** - Fast-paced arena environment with variable hours based on event schedule. - Exposure to heat, noise, and crowds typical of live sporting events.
