**Shift:** 3rd Shift; 7pm - 7am (Days rotate weekly)

**Type:** Direct Hire

**Salary:** $100K - 110K/yr

**Location:** Rockingham County, NH

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support daily bio-manufacturing activities to ensure smooth operations across production modules.

+ Relay production plans and requirements to team members to align with shifting operational needs.

+ Oversee preparation, setup, and execution of production processes while maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

+ Guide and coach staff to enhance technical capabilities and support professional growth while meeting organizational goals.

+ Drive on-time completion of both clinical and commercial product manufacturing.

+ Promote consistent adherence to best practices in safety, planning, quality systems, EHS, and cGMP requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

+ Minimum of 5 years of related biomanufacturing industry experience

+ Aseptic processing experience a must
