Position Responsibilities :

+ Handling customer inquiries via inbound or outbound call relating to equipment issues and troubleshooting

+ Diagnosing problems with cold-drink and/or fountain equipment based on detailed descriptions provided by customer

+ Providing clear guidance and solutions over the phone to resolve issues promptly and effectively

+ Collaborating with field technicians as needed to escalate and follow up on complex or unresolved issues

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

+ Must be at least 21 years old

+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s Degree
