We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Testing Engineer** to join our QEA team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Testing and Test Management Tools. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and performing test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications through comprehensive manual & functional testing. Senior Salesforce Testing Engineer

Onsite Location: Titusville, NJ (Hybrid Role – 3 days from the office)

Required Skills:

+ Must have 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce testing, preferably in Life Science and Health science domain.

+ Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Health cloud, Experience cloud and Data cloud.

+ Knowledge about Roles, Profiles, Objects ( Account, contact, Assets, Cases, Opportunity, leads etc.) in salesforce.

+ Must have hands-on experience of SOQL(Salesforce Object Query Language).

+ Hands on strong knowledge of writing complex and big SQL queries.

+ Strong experience in Middleware and integration testing.

+ Well versed in creating data migration strategies, formulating approach to scope data migration activities ensuring coverage.

+ Prior experience in leading a team size of 5 – 15 resources.

+ Prior experience in working in a multi-vendor ecosystem and offshore-onsite collaboration.

+ Good knowledge on Test management tools and hands on knowledge of Jira, Xray.

+ CI/CD concept (at lest moderate knowledge of GIT and Bitbucket).

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Lead the testing strategy and execution for SFDC applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

+ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations, customizations, and integrations.

+ Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce processes and workflows, including custom Apex and Visualforce components.

+ Conduct functional testing to validate Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, processes, and data validation rules.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage.

+ Participate in business and technical refinements calls and suggest feedback based on application impact while story refinements.

+ Provide expertise in Test Management to coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple projects.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.

+ Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and contribute to team success.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills):

• Salesforce certifications is a plus.

• Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM).

**Salary and Other Compensation:** .

The annual salary for this position is between [$90,00 – $130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
