    Performs the duties of collecting patient account balances through third party or direct patient means, while assuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and providing excellent customer service.

    Qualifications:

    -High school graduate or equivalent; a ssociate's degree preferred -Previous experience in medical office setting -Previous experience with collections preferred -Excellent computer skills -Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills. -Require previous Medicare collection experience
