    Start Date: September 15, 2025

     

    Duration: 36 weeks

     

    Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

     

    Pay Rate: $50/hour

    About the Role

    We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Special Education Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. In this role, you’ll provide math support through both push-in and pull-out models, collaborating closely with general education staff to ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive.

     

    You’ll be part of a supportive and mission-driven team that values collaboration, innovation, and student success.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver specialized instruction and math support to high school students with diverse learning needs

    + Implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

    + Provide tutorial assistance and consult with general education teachers

    + Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred)

    + Valid Arizona teaching certificate or eligibility to obtain one

    + At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)

    + Certification in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

    + Standard Elementary Teaching

    + Standard Secondary Teaching

    + Standard Special Teaching

    + Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) endorsement

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Health certificate (if required by state or district)

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
