    Salary: $2646 / Week

    School-BasedSpeech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Grants Pass, OR

    Pay Rate: Local - $68.00/hour or$2,800/week Travel - $40.00/hour + 1246.00/ week Stipend(s) $2846/wk

     

    Start Date: August 25, 2025

     

    Contract Length: Full2025–2026 School Year (39 weeks)

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday,8-hour days (40 hours/week, paid)

    Position Summary:

    The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide in-personservices within the Three Rivers School District. Responsibilities includeconducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintainingdocumentation in accordance with individualized plans of care and physicianorders.

    Essential Duties:

    + Serve K–12 students across multiple age groups

    + Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans

    + Deliver therapy services and maintain accurate documentation

    + Collaborate with school staff and families

    + Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations

    Requirements:

    + Active Oregon SLP License (or ability to obtain)

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Health certificate (per contract/state regulation)

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + School-based experience preferred
