    Under the guidance of the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer (CCEO) and the Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance, the Ethics and Compliance Program Manager is responsible for the effective implementation and operation of the company’s compliance and ethics program. This includes supporting the administration and oversight of the company’s reporting Helpline management of compliance and ethics policies, procedures, processes, communications, trainings, and other program initiatives. Works closely with peers from HR, internal audit, investigations, corporate security, legal, and other functions to provide guidance on compliance and ethics questions and initiatives. This position will be an integral part in continuing to maintain and enhance the company’s culture of integrity.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    + Champion the Company's Commitments 7 Values, code of Conduct, and other ethics and compliance policies and programs to ensure the company's Commitments of putting Our People First and Achieving Success with Integrity.

    + Assist in the oversight revision and development of processes, procedures, policies, and systems to support the performance of the Ethics and Compliance Program.

    + Assist with maintaining and administering program initiatives designed to incentivize compliance and ethics.

    + Assist with compliance reviews and audtis of the compliance processes and systems, including program risk and self-assessments and third-party due diligence.

    + Develop and assist with the launch and delivery of communication campaigns, training modules, presentations and related materials.

    + Coordinate the activities of the various compliance committees and forums including settig to the meetings, developing agendas, creating meeting materials, taking minutes and developing action plans.

    + Utilize data analytics techniques to better understand various data streams (e.g., training data, engagement data, survey response data and case management system data) and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

    + Create reports and presentations based on findings from data analysis.

    + Assist with administering and managing the company’s Integrity Helpline/case management system.

    + Assist with various program initiatives related to conflicts of interest, including conflicts of interest disclosure campaigns, and managing ad hoc conflicts disclosers.

    + Assist with the management of shared mailboxes, which includes responding to employee questions and concerns.

    + Engage and develop relationships with employees throughout the company to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of the Ethics and Compliance Program.

    + Leverage technology and “best practices” to help enhance all compliance efforts.

    + Drive consistency of compliance activities in various business regions and areas.

    + Help foster a collaborative and team-based approach to compliance.

    + Strive to make ethics and compliance easier for our employees and help to become part of their daily routines.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience in HR, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, or other related departments.

    Work Experience

    Four (4) or more years of relevant working experience.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + High proficiency with Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) is required. Experience with VISEO is preferred, but not required.

    + Experience with analyzing data and creating reports and presentations from findings.

    + Strong project coordination/project management, organizational and planning skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities with strong attention to detail.

    + Ability to set priorities, successfully track and complete multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Creativity and collaboration in helping to develop new ideas and ways to continue to enhance all aspects of the compliance programs.

    + Effective communication skills, both oral and written, and strong interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work with a variety of business units and different functions within those business units. Must also be able to work with all levels of management.

    + Good judgment and analytical skills, with the ability and individual initiative to problem solve and troubleshoot.

    + Must maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism
