The Role:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated AM Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment and take pride in the details that make every dish possible, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare ingredients for daily service, including chopping, portioning, and assembling recipes

+ Maintain a clean and organized prep area throughout your shift

+ Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

+ Assist with labeling, rotating, and storing ingredients properly

+ Work closely with chefs and line cooks to ensure kitchen readiness

+ Set the pace for a smooth and efficient day of service

What We're Looking For:

+ Previous prep or kitchen experience preferred, but not required

+ Strong work ethic and attention to detail

+ Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks consistently

+ Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

+ Reliable morning availability, including weekends and holidays

+ Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
