• What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

+ Deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues

+ Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance

+ Educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options

+ Use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records

+ Adhere to all safety and compliance standards—because you know what you're doing

• What We’re Looking For:

+ Proven experience in residential HVAC diagnostics, repair, and service

+ Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge

+ EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)

+ Clean and valid Florida driver’s license

+ Own high-quality tools and know how to use them

+ Respect for the craft, the team, and the customer

+ Must pass drug screen and background check (we’re professional, and so are you)
