Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Concrete Laborers** for projects located in **Vancouver, WA** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $26/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Concrete Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to further your career!

Job Scope:

+ Assist with setting up forms and molds for concrete placement

+ Mix, pour, and spread concrete using both hand and power tools

+ Level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces with screeds, floats, and trowels

+ Apply curing compounds or water to concrete to ensure proper setting and curing

+ Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites

+ Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

+ Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times

+ Provide support to the crew and foreman on additional general labor tasks as needed

Requirements

+ Prior construction/concrete experience strongly preferred

+ Must have own basic hand tools and PPE

+ Must have reliable transportation and attendance
