SAIC is seeking **Network Administrators** to join the Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Advanced Development Operations (DevOps) and Sustainment Support (ADOS) program and provide on-site technical and administrative support to facilitate operations of critical MARS infrastructure and services. This effort focuses on providing a comprehensive set of System/ Software Engineering and IT Services to maintain, sustain, enhance, and improve/ modernize MARS.

This position will be located in the National Capital Region.

Please note that this is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated decision expected by fall 2025.

The **Network Administrator** responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, performance, and security of the network infrastructure.

+ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network-related software and hardware systems, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and encryption devices

+ Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols and work with IP-based networking environments

+ Evaluate, develop, and sustain telecommunications infrastructure and ensure conformance with organizational IT policies and objectives

Qualifications

+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

+ **One of the following certifications:** CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

+ Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science and 9 years or more relevant experience (will consider an additional 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)

+ Advanced knowledge of routing protocols, security standards, and media access control systems

+ Demonstrated experience in network segmentation, traffic management, and secure network architecture design

+ In-depth knowledge of network tools, monitoring platforms, and documentation best practices

+ Experience with modern networking technologies, including SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and cloud networking services

+ Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and other network components

+ Experience performing root-cause analysis

Desired Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of IT service management best practices and frameworks such as ITIL

+ Working knowledge of hardware configuration management tools and logistics tracking systems

+ Experience with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline network operations

+ Familiarity with NIST, STIG, RMF, and Federal Information Systems Controls

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
