    We are looking for an energetic administrative professional to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. You’ll support a team of Construction Project Managers and have an integral role in keeping our projects running smoothly!

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    + Prepare various forms as directed by Projects Managers (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Professional Service Agreements, and transmittals)

    + Provide drawing management support including filing, printing, drawing logs, maintaining FTP site and Procore, filing jobsite photos

    + Event Planing/Coordination, such as ground breaking events and some office events, as needed

    + Typing/preparing various items such as letters, bid instructions, memos, outline specifications, and expense reports

    + Assist Project Managers with proposals as needed. This may include typing up proposal letters, outline specifications and assembling proposal books

    + Answer incoming phone calls and coordinate communication with vendors and customers in the event of a Project Manager’s absence

    + Maintain various lists for Project Managers including job list for each region, subcontract tracking lists

    + Typing/preparing various items such as letters, bid instructions, memos, proposals, outline specifications, and expense reports as needed

    + Make travel arrangements when necessary

    + Take a lead role in upholding our work hard/play hard company culture

    + Back up front desk and reception

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    + 2-5 years of related project administration experience, construction industry experience a plus

    + College degree preferred

    + Strong computer skills are essential. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

    + Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and on schedule with minimal oversight and direction

    + Experience working in Vista, Procore or similar accounting/ERP system preferred

    + Experience with document management within a file-sharing system, Egnyte would be ideal (dropbox, sharepoint, onedrive, etc.) preferred
