CMO Customer Care Representative

Duration: 06 months contract
Duties:
+ Handle incoming calls from members and providers.
+ Answer questions about prescription benefits, coverage, and mail-order options.
+ Provide accurate information about insurance plans and medications.
+ Offer solutions to help members understand their coverage and choices.
+ Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA/government guidelines.
+ Participate in training programs to build healthcare knowledge and skills
Requirements (Must Have)
+ At least **1 year of customer service experience** (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.).
+ Computer proficiency with Windows applications.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
+ Ability to show empathy, patience, and professionalism on calls.
**Preferred:** Associate’s degree or 6+ months of healthcare experience.
Education
High school diploma or GED (required).
