    *How you’ll contribute*

    AMedical Lab Tech (MLT)**who excels in this role:

    * Accurately performs and analyze tests

    * Identifies and initiates appropriate calibration and quality assurance

    * Provides test results promptly and accurately

    * Alert care team or and results that require immediate attention

    * Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Blood Bank

    Applicants should possess a associate’s degree from an accredited school. Additional requirements include:

     

    • Board eligible through ASCP,AMT, or NCA

    • Previous hospital experience is required

    • Previous experience in Blood Banking is preferred
