    Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour

    Duties:

    + **Surface Preparation:** Clean, mask, and sand surfaces to prepare them for painting.

    + **Painting:** Apply paint to units according to work order instructions and company quality standards.

    + **Quality Control:** Ensure that painted units meet company and client expectations.

    + **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, wearing appropriate PPE, and reporting hazards.

    + **Workplace Maintenance:** Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    + **Labeling and Packaging:** Label units as per work order instructions and palletize completed units for shipment.

    + **Work Order Interpretation:** Read and interpret work orders to understand job requirements.

    Position Requirements:

    + **Safety Consciousness:** A proven track record in safety excellence and the ability to adhere to safety protocols is required.

    + **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and meet manufacturing standards.

    + **Mechanical Aptitude:** Experience with mechanical work and transformers is a plus.

    + **Equipment Operation:** Experience with material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes) may be preferred.

    + **Communication:** Strong communication skills are needed to convey information and work effectively in a team.

    + **Teamwork:** The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment is important.

    + **Problem-Solving:** Good problem-solving abilities are beneficial.

    + **Flexibility:** Ability to learn other department functions and assist as needed.

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
