Job Title: Security Site Supervisor
**Reports to:** Security Operations Manager
**Location:** Dallas PDC/Annex Dallas, TX
Position Overview
As the Security Site Supervisor, you'll be the on-site leader ensuring safety, compliance, and seamless operations. You'll manage Security Officers, oversee fire safety protocols, and serve as the primary liaison between Security Operations and Plant Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision & Team Leadership
+ Directly supervise the security staff, including daily coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and discipline.
+ Ensure all site shifts are adequately staffed, and contract hours are fulfilled.
+ Train and onboard new Security Officers, ensuring they meet site standards and post orders.
2. Fire Safety & Equipment Inspections
+ Perform regular fire inspections, including weekly test runs of the fire diesel pump.
+ Report and document findings, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.
3. Operations Management & Documentation
+ Maintain all necessary documentation: daily logs, incident reports, fire inspection records, and training records.
+ Oversee file retention policies to ensure organized and compliant record-keeping.
+ Manage inspection folders, keep them updated, and coordinate access via Microsoft Teams.
4. Scheduling & Timesheet Oversight
+ Develop and adjust duty schedules to meet coverage needs and respond to absences.
+ Oversee timesheets: ensure accurate logging, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate timely submission.
5. Communication & Coordination
+ Act as the primary point of contact for Plant Management—relay security updates, safety issues, and collaborate on incident response.
+ Maintain clear, timely communication with the Security Operations Manager regarding site performance, staffing, and safety concerns.
6. Post Orders & Compliance
+ Ensure adherence to all site-specific post orders, SOPs, and any regulatory or client requirements.
+ Conduct on-site inspections to verify uniforms, equipment usage, and procedural compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
+ High School diploma or equivalent; additional education (e.g., associate or bachelor’s degree) preferred.
+ Required security license as per jurisdiction.
+ 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or military roles.
+ Proficiency with security and office technology (CCTV, Microsoft Office, Teams).
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
