    Position Title: Customer Experience Agent

    Compensation Range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr

    The Opportunity

     

    The Customer Experience (CX) Agent is the front-line primary contact with our customers and product end users. The CX Agent attends to customer queries and concerns, provides them with information, and takes their product orders. The role is also responsible for the accurate and timely updating of the CRM, as well as Salesforce.

    We are looking for someone who is interested in growing their career, with a clear path from Customer Service to Inside Sales, and ultimately to Outside Sales, if that is of interest. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated to develop their skills and advance within a dynamic, growth-focused organization.

    Responsibilities

    + Receive, triage and manage phone calls and emails from customers and the outside sales team.

    + Support customers by providing parts and component pricing, lead times and guide callers through troubleshooting

    + Order entry function, ensuring the accuracy of both product code entered, pricing and shipping details.

    + Entering credits/debits into the system as necessary.

    + Managing accounts & coordinating customer orders.

    + Support and collaboration with sales team.

    + Help and guide our AGI dealers on AGI processes.

    + Provide quotes where necessary on standard product.

    + Communicate with Planning and/or Shipping regarding customer specific needs relating to load shipments.

    + Attend production meetings as required.

    + Attending various trade shows as required.

    + Respond to technical questions regarding the customer’s Purchase Order and invoice.

    + Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies

    + Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 2 years of customer service experience within the agriculture industry

    + Agricultural background with working knowledge of farm operations and equipment is a strong asset

    + Ag-related diploma or degree is an asset but not required

    + Strong customer focus with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service

    + Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

    + Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    + Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    + Effective team player, collaborating closely with outside sales and production planning teams

    + Experience in inside sales or customer service within manufacturing, logistics, or distribution is an asset

    + Mechanically inclined and comfortable discussing technical equipment or solutions

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

    + Experience with Salesforce CRM platform

    + Knowledge of SAP is an asset

    + Interest in long-term career growth, with a path from customer service to inside sales to outside sales.

    + Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (~5%)
