Join MercyOne’s compassionate team and play a key role in life-saving cardiovascular procedures. As a Cath Lab RN, you’ll deliver high-quality care, support patients and families, and collaborate with a skilled team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
+ Provide direct care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
+ Perform as scrub tech, circulator, and monitor tech
+ Respond to cardiac emergencies using BLS/ACLS protocols
+ Educate patients and families, and document care accurately
+ Monitor sedation and manage cardiac medications
+ Support quality improvement and mentor new team members
What You Bring
+ Associate degree (BSN preferred)
+ Iowa RN license, BLS, ACLS, Mandatory Reporter
+ 2+ years Cath Lab or 3+ years critical care experience
+ Strong cardiac knowledge, EKG interpretation, and critical thinking
