**Position Purpose:** With the (PHCO) Population Health and Clinical Operations PMO team, you will be part of Population Health project management initiatives and **demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading business (non-IT) clinical systems** migrations. Business areas in scope include Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals, Medical Management, and Pharmacy.
+ Lead weekly PHCO Clinical Functional Workgroup meetings, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up on key initiatives.
+ Manage and maintain the PHCO business process project plan, tracking progress and ensuring timely deliverables.
+ Provide weekly updates and reports during leadership meetings, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, navigate, and implement solutions that address market operational needs and align with system development capabilities
**REQUIRED Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. **4+ years of project management and implementation or program management experience.** Proficient with MS Office applications and project management tools. Project management planning tools (i.e. Smartsheet, Planview) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
**License/Certification:** PMP, PgMP, or CAPM preferred.
Preferred Skills:
**2-3 years** of hands-on experience in Population Health initiatives and demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading clinical systems migrations
TruCare clinical system experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective task follow-up and follow-through
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
