    Our client, a leading player in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a FQA Inspector to join their team. As a FQA Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the inspection and assurance of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** FQA Inspector

    **Location:** Milpitas, CA

    **Pay Range:** $23.00 - $24.50/hr

     

    Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Responsible for PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mech. parts.

    + Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviation implementation.

    + Responsible for FA inspection process.

    + Responsible for scanning into the DGS system.

    + Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of three to five years’ experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components).

    + Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements.

    + Familiarity with FDA-STD requirements is a plus.

    + Experience using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and optical test equipment.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
