    We are seeking a dynamic and strategic transformational leader with strong business process acumen to lead the promotion and adoption of IT Innovation across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving IT strategy, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to foster innovation and transformation across all business units. This individual will serve as a bridge between regional operations, functional teams, and IT advocating for innovation and AI-driven transformation while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. While not responsible for technical implementation, the Director IT Innovation & Transformation lead will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, shaping strategy, and driving cultural change.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and implement an IT innovation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, with a particular focus on AI-driven solutions.

    + **Innovation Management:** Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies.

    + **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to identify opportunities and build business cases for AI-driven improvements ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.

    + **AI Integration:** Lead the integration of AI technologies into existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and customer experiences.

    + **Talent Development:** Mentor and develop a team of IT professionals, with a focus on building expertise in AI and other emerging technologies.

    + **Performance Metrics:** Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of IT innovation initiatives.

    + **Champion AI Adoption:** Act as a thought leader and internal advocate for AI technologies, promoting awareness and understanding across departments.

    + **Strategic Collaboration:** Partner with IT, data science, and business teams to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

    + **Technology Exploration:** Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices, and assess their relevance to the company's strategic objectives.

    + **Change Management:** Support organizational change efforts by helping teams understand the impact of AI on workflows, roles, and decision-making.

    + **Data Governance:** Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a strong track record of driving innovation and transformation.

    + In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their application in a business context.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

    + Experience working in or closely with IT departments.

    + Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language.

    + Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

    + A passion for staying current with the latest technological trends and advancements.

    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, data science, AI, or related field.

    + Minimum of 15 years' experience.
