• Fleet Operation Coordinator

    We are a leading school bus company operating over 600 routes with a fleet of 600 buses. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Fleet Operations Coordinator to support our dispatch and operations teams. This role is critical in maintaining visibility and control over our fleet, ensuring compliance, and supporting day-to-day logistics.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Maintain real-time visibility of all buses, including location, availability, and assignments.

    + Manage and track all bus keys and ensure secure handling and accountability.

    + Audit and review DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports) for accuracy and compliance; escalate safety concerns as needed.

    + Collaborate with dispatch to ensure accurate driver availability and route coverage.

    + Maintain and update fleet tracking systems and spreadsheets, including spare bus and replacement bus logs.

    + Support operations with daily fleet readiness, including coordinating with maintenance and safety teams.

    + Assist in preparing reports and audits related to fleet usage, incidents, and compliance.

    + Ensure all bus assignments and changes are clearly communicated and documented.

    Qualifications

    + Prior experience in fleet coordination, transportation, or logistics preferred.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or fleet management software.

    + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    + Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

    + Starting Hourly Rate: $28.00
