What You Will Do

This Business Analyst III role supports the strategy and delivery of impactful digital products and platforms. You will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Agile development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, translating business needs into actionable user stories, and prioritizing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, technical acumen, and process expertise. Your work will contribute to innovative, scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and shape the future of connected mobility.

+ Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business goals, translate them into product requirements, and break down strategic objectives into actionable user stories and process flows

+ Agile Product Development Support: Partners with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensures requirements are well-defined and testable, and actively participates in Agile ceremonies to support delivery.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and Scrum Masters to ensure shared understanding and successful implementation of requirements.

+ Performance & Strategy Alignment: Uses data analysis, KPIs, and user feedback to evaluate solution effectiveness, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement aligned with business strategy.

+ Leadership & Mentorship: Mentors junior analysts, facilitates stakeholder discussions, reconciles competing demands, and supports cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.

Basic Qualifications

+ Extensive IT & Product Leadership Experience:

+ Over 7 years in IT/software development

+ 5+ years supporting the consumer industry.

+ 5+ years in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master

+ Technical & Agile Expertise:

+ Skilled in defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and performing API testing.

+ Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, 3-tier architecture, Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), and tools like JIRA and Confluence

+ Experienced in leading Agile transformations and managing full product lifecycles.

+ Strategic Collaboration & Communication:

+ Proven success in cross-functional team collaboration, stakeholder engagement across global teams, and driving innovation through R&D

+ Adept at using KPIs and data analysis to guide product decisions, with strong documentation, training, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 4+ years in technical leadership

+ Certified Scrum Master

+ PMI Certification

Base Salary Range - $96,550 - $138,061
