**Position Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **CRM Specialist** to manage, maintain, and enhance our CRM platform. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, supporting user needs, and driving system improvements to better serve our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the CRM system (Zoho)

+ Manage user accounts, including adding and removing users

+ Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and clean-up

+ Develop and implement automation workflows and sales process enhancements

+ Schedule and generate custom reports for leadership

+ Collaborate with the sales team to support lead tracking, follow-ups, and automation strategies

+ Assist with the development and rollout of new CRM features

+ All duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field

+ Proven experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

+ Ability to work independently and take initiative

+ Familiarity with automation tools, reporting dashboards, and CRM best practices
