Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of proven success in full-cycle recruiting within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified clinical and non-clinical professionals, building strong talent pipelines, and maintaining relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of healthcare regulations and credentialing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting hiring goals.
